Our Commitment to Accessibility and Inclusion<\/h2>\n      <p>Precision Learning is committed to ensuring that all programmes \u2014 advisory, capability, coaching, facilitation \u2014 are accessible to every participant, including those living with disabilities or facing specific socio-professional constraints. This commitment is not conditional on the nature or severity of the disability. It is a baseline principle of how we design and deliver our work.<\/p>\n      <p>Our delivery model is inherently flexible: <strong>we work on-site at the client's location, virtually via video platform, or at our Paris premises<\/strong> \u2014 and in all three contexts we are structured to adapt to the specific requirements of each participant before delivery begins.<\/p>\n      <div class=\"legal-callout\">\n        <div class=\"legal-callout-label\">Certification Qualiopi<\/div>\n        <p>Precision Learning SASU holds Qualiopi certification for Training Actions (Actions de formation), audited by SGS ICS (accredited by COFRAC, the French accreditation body). This policy fulfils compliance requirements under the National Quality Framework (R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel National Qualit\u00e9), Indicators 1 and 26. Delivery Modalities and Physical Accessibility<\/h2>\n      <p>Precision Learning delivers programmes in three modalities, each of which carries specific accessibility considerations:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>On-site at the client's location<\/strong> \u2014 the client's own premises and their accessibility infrastructure. We request confirmation of physical accessibility before on-site delivery and adapt our facilitation approach accordingly.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Virtual delivery<\/strong> \u2014 via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Both platforms support screen readers, closed captioning, and keyboard navigation. Virtual delivery is available as the primary modality for any participant for whom travel or physical access presents a barrier.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>At Precision Learning premises, Paris<\/strong> \u2014 available on request. Physical accessibility requirements are confirmed individually with the participant prior to scheduling. We use accessible meeting facilities in central Paris.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"adaptations\">4. Adaptations Available on Request<\/h2>\n      <p>The following adaptations are available for participants with disabilities or specific access requirements. All requests are treated individually \u2014 this list is illustrative, not exhaustive:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Written materials provided in advance at adjusted font sizes or in accessible digital formats<\/li>\n        <li>Extended session timing or additional breaks where required<\/li>\n        <li>Captioning or written transcripts for virtual sessions<\/li>\n        <li>Alternative communication formats for pre- and post-session documentation<\/li>\n        <li>Adjustment of delivery pace and structure to accommodate cognitive or sensory requirements<\/li>\n        <li>Individual sessions in place of group cohort format where appropriate<\/li>\n        <li>Advance sharing of all session content, frameworks, and materials<\/li>\n        <li>Language support \u2014 programmes delivered in English; French language support available where required<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>No adaptation request will result in any modification to the outcome objectives of the programme. The objective remains constant; the delivery modality adapts to the participant.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"process\">5. How to Request Accessibility Support<\/h2>\n      <p>Accessibility requirements should be communicated <strong>before the start of the programme<\/strong> \u2014 ideally at the enquiry or contracting stage \u2014 so that we have sufficient time to make the appropriate arrangements before the first session.<\/p>\n      <p>To request support:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Contact our disability coordinator at <a href=\"mailto:support@precisionlearning.com\">support@precisionlearning.com<\/a><\/li>\n        <li>Describe your requirements \u2014 you are not required to disclose a specific diagnosis; a description of what you need is sufficient<\/li>\n        <li>We will confirm the adaptations in writing before the programme begins<\/li>\n        <li>Adaptations are documented in the programme agreement and reviewed at the mid-point of multi-session engagements<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Requests received during an ongoing programme will be accommodated as quickly as operationally possible \u2014 typically within one session cycle.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"partners\">6. Partner Network for Specialised Support<\/h2>\n      <p>Where a participant's requirements exceed what Precision Learning can provide directly, we maintain working relationships with specialist organisations and will actively support the participant in identifying appropriate referrals. This includes referrals to:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Organisations specialised in workplace accessibility and disability accommodation<\/li>\n        <li>Assistive technology providers relevant to the participant's specific context<\/li>\n        <li>AGEFIPH (Association for the Management of Funds for the Integration of Disabled People into Employment) for funding-related guidance where applicable<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"continuous\">7. Continuous Improvement<\/h2>\n      <p>Precision Learning reviews its accessibility practices annually, or following any engagement in which an accessibility accommodation was implemented. This review assesses:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>The effectiveness of accommodations made<\/li>\n        <li>Participant feedback on the accessibility of the programme<\/li>\n        <li>Updates to the National Quality Framework (R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel National Qualit\u00e9) and applicable legislation<\/li>\n        <li>Developments in delivery technology that may expand accessibility options<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Participants are invited to provide feedback on the accessibility of their programme through the standard post-programme evaluation, and additionally through direct communication with the disability coordinator at any stage.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"legal\">8.
