Precision Learning's training programmes, coaching engagements, advisory mandates, and facilitation services are governed by individual engagement letters, training agreements, or service agreements entered into separately with each client.<\/p>\n      <p>For France-based training engagements through Precision Learning SASU: training agreements are issued in accordance with Articles L.6353-3 to L.6353-7 of the French Labour Code. Precision Learning SASU holds a registered Training Activity Number (NDA: 11757035475) and is Qualiopi certified for Training Actions (Actions de formation).<\/p>\n      <p>For North American engagements through Precision Learning LLC: service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.<\/p>\n      <p>Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are specified in each engagement agreement.
