For France-based training engagements through Precision Learning SASU: training agreements are issued in accordance with Articles L.6353-3 to L.6353-7 of the French Labour Code. Precision Learning SASU holds a registered Training Activity Number (NDA: 11757035475) and is Qualiopi certified for Training Actions (Actions de formation).
For North American engagements through Precision Learning LLC: service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Enquiries relating to specific engagement terms should be directed to clientservices@precisionlearning.com.
These Terms of Use — governing use of this website — are subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to applicable European Union regulations.
Disputes relating to specific engagements are governed by the law applicable to the entity through which the engagement was contracted — French law for Precision Learning SASU, New Jersey law for Precision Learning LLC — as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
In the event of a dispute, Precision Learning commits to attempting resolution through direct dialogue before initiating formal proceedings. Complaints may be submitted to clientservices@precisionlearning.com. We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and respond substantively within 15 business days.
