Sami H. Elmansoury is a visionary leader, public speaker, writer, and trainer, widely recognized for his expertise in entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and global educational leadership. With a career spanning prestigious roles on advisory boards and commissions, including with the Borough President of Manhattan and the Monmouth County Human Relations Commission, Sam has consistently driven impactful change across various sectors.
In 2008, Sam founded Precision Learning, an innovative educational services firm registered today in both the United States and France. Under his leadership, Precision Learning has grown into a globally recognized organization, delivering top-tier training in Soft Skills, Leadership Development, Business English, academic and career counseling, professional facilitation and moderation, and bespoke enterprise solutions. His strategic vision has forged pivotal partnerships with esteemed institutions such as Rutgers Business School, Henkel, S&P Dow Jones, and the Council of Europe, reflecting his commitment to excellence in education and professional development.
Sam’s academic credentials further bolster his leadership in the field. He holds an International MBA from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne – Sorbonne Business School, with a specialization in Strategic Management and Leadership. His thesis, focused on the impact of leadership styles and talent management practices in emerging economies, underscores his dedication to enhancing leadership and talent management on a global scale. This research has contributed valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in talent development.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sam is deeply committed to social uplift and community engagement. He was inducted as a Responsible Leader Fellow by the BMW Foundation in 2013 and honored in the Hall of Honor of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South in 2015. Sam was also a Founding Member of the US Department of State’s Generation Change initiative and serves on the Boards of Advisors for World Faith and the New Leaders Council. His contributions to global forums and his writing in respected publications further highlight his influence in shaping discussions on leadership and social responsibility.
In recognition of his impact, Sam has been an invited delegate at international leadership forums such as the World Responsible Leaders Forum in Beijing, the Transatlantic Young Leaders Forum in Berlin, and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations World Forum in Vienna.

Sam and his family divide their time between New Jersey, United States, and Paris, France, embracing the vibrant lifestyles and opportunities each location offers.
