Qualiopi is the French national quality certification for professional training providers. It is not a marketing credential β it is an audit-based certification that independently verifies the rigour of our processes, the transparency of our information, and our capacity to deliver against defined outcomes.
Qualiopi is the national quality certification for professional training providers in France, introduced by the Law of 5 September 2018 and mandatory since 1 January 2022 for any organisation wishing to access public or pooled training funds.
It is not self-declared. It is not a logo displayed after filling in a form. It is awarded by an accredited certification body following an audit against 32 indicators across 7 criteria defined by the National Quality Framework (RΓ©fΓ©rentiel National QualitΓ©). Quality audits are conducted by an independent, accredited body on a regular basis throughout the certification period.
Precision Learning's certification was conducted and awarded by SGS ICS, accredited by COFRAC β the French national accreditation body. We are certified specifically for Training Actions (Actions de formation), the category that covers all of our capability programmes, coaching engagements, and facilitated learning mandates.
For clients, this means three things: the quality of our processes has been independently verified; our information about what we deliver, how we deliver it, and what it costs meets a legally defined standard of transparency; and our continuous improvement practices are subject to periodic independent review.
Certified for: Training Actions (Actions de formation) β the category covering professional capability programmes, coaching, and facilitated learning, delivered in-person, virtually, or in hybrid format.
Every Precision Learning engagement is scoped, priced, and structured before delivery begins. Programme objectives, duration, methods, and evaluation criteria are all confirmed in the engagement agreement before a single session takes place. This is both a Qualiopi requirement and the way we have always worked.
Qualiopi requires that outcomes be evaluated against the objectives defined at the start of each engagement. We use pre- and post-programme assessment, facilitator observation, sponsor review at mid-point, and structured follow-up at 30β90 days where the engagement includes an embedding protocol.
All Precision Learning programmes are open to participants with disabilities, with adaptations made individually, in advance, and at no additional cost. A designated disability coordinator is available throughout. See our Accessibility & Inclusion Policy for full details.
Qualiopi certification is a prerequisite for organisations seeking to use French public or pooled training funds. If you are considering OPCO co-financing, or if you are an individual with a Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF), here is what you need to know.
For organisations: Because Precision Learning holds Qualiopi certification, engagements may be eligible for co-financing through your OPCO (Operator of Professional Skills). Eligibility depends on the specific programme, your organisation's OPCO, and the nature of the engagement β it is not automatic. We recommend confirming eligibility with your HR or training function and your OPCO before beginning the engagement process. We provide all required documentation to support a funding application.
For individuals: CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) funding may be applicable for certain Precision Learning programmes. Eligibility depends on the specific programme and its registration status on the Mon Compte Formation platform. If you are an individual wishing to explore CPF funding, contact us before applying and we will confirm the position for your specific situation.

The National Quality Framework requires that the following information be publicly accessible for all programmes before any engagement begins. Details below reflect our standard parameters β all specifics are confirmed in writing in the engagement agreement.
No formal prerequisites are required to participate in a Precision Learning programme. All engagements begin with a diagnostic phase β a structured needs assessment or senior-level conversation β to establish context and the specific capability gap before any programme is designed. This diagnostic replaces the need for standard entry criteria.
Objectives are co-defined with the client at the scoping stage and confirmed in the engagement agreement before delivery begins. Typical objectives include: measurable change in leadership behaviour; demonstrable improvement in communication authority and precision; structural alignment produced through facilitation; or a defined capability milestone reached within a specified timeframe.
Programme D (Leadership): Modular β single intensive sessions to multi-month cohort programmes. Programme E (Communication): 6 sessions minimum individually; 2 days to multi-session for cohorts. Programme F (Facilitation): Single session or series. Following an initial diagnostic conversation, a scoped proposal is delivered within 48 hours. Programmes typically begin within 2β4 weeks of engagement confirmation.
All engagements are scoped and priced by outcome β not by day rate. Pricing is confirmed in writing in the engagement agreement before any work begins. Indicative ranges: Programme D: β¬5,000ββ¬120,000 depending on scope, population, and duration. Programme E: β¬3,000ββ¬80,000. Programme F: β¬2,500ββ¬25,000 per engagement. Qualiopi certification means qualifying engagements may be eligible for OPCO co-financing β eligibility must be confirmed with your funding body.
All programmes use applied, experiential methodology grounded in the participant's actual professional context. Methods include: structured diagnostic and needs assessment; facilitated group and individual sessions; real-work application exercises; framework-based analysis applied to live challenges; written and verbal production with structured feedback at individual and group levels; post-session reflection and action commitment protocols.
Participant progress is evaluated against the objectives defined at scoping. Methods include: pre- and post-programme self-assessment; facilitator observation and structured feedback per session; written and verbal production assessed against defined criteria; sponsor feedback at programme mid-point and close; post-programme evaluation; follow-up assessment at 30β90 days where the engagement includes an embedding protocol.
All programmes are open to participants with disabilities. Adaptations are made individually, in advance, and at no additional cost. Our disability coordinator is available to discuss requirements before enrolment and at any point during the programme.
