Precision Learning operates through two legal entities. Both share the same privacy practices and the same commitment to the protection of your personal data.

Precision Learning SASU is the primary data controller for all personal data collected through this website, which is published from France. For engagements delivered through the North American entity, Precision Learning LLC acts as a joint data processor under the same privacy standards.

2. What We Collect

When you use contact or enquiry forms on this website, we collect:

• Your professional email address
• The organisation you represent
• The content of your enquiry or message

We do not collect sensitive personal data — health information, religious beliefs, political opinions, or similar categories — through this website. We do not collect personal data from visitors who browse without submitting a form.

If you are an active client of Precision Learning, we hold additional engagement-related data — session notes, documents, and correspondence — governed by your engagement agreement rather than this policy.

3. Why We Collect It

Enquiry and contact data is used solely to respond to the request you have initiated and to follow up on conversations you have begun with us. We do not add you to a mailing list, marketing sequence, or contact database on the basis of a single enquiry without your explicit consent.

Client portal data — if you access the Precision Learning Client Portal — is used exclusively to administer your engagement: your sessions, documents, and advisory notes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Enquiry and contact data: legitimate interest — responding to a request you have initiated
• Client engagement data: contract performance — you have entered into an engagement with Precision Learning
• Client portal access: contract performance — portal access is a component of the engagement
• Billing data: legal obligation — financial records required under French and US law
• Marketing communications: consent — we will only send marketing communications where you have given explicit prior consent

5. Data Retention

• Enquiry and contact data: 24 months from last contact
• Client engagement data: 5 years from engagement close, in accordance with French accounting and professional obligations
• Client portal data: duration of the engagement plus 12 months
• Billing records: 10 years, as required under French commercial law (Code de commerce)

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below — subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Data Sharing and Processors

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. We use the following data processors, each operating under a written data processing agreement and in compliance with GDPR:

• WordPress / Automattic Inc. — Website platform. EU data processing addendum in place.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics platforms that share your data with advertisers. Your visit to this website is not tracked by any external advertising system.
